This dessert is a certified crowd-pleaser. Silky smooth, creamy, and a classic dessert for any Filipino fiesta or parties.
Make sure you stock up on eggs, because this dessert requires a WHOLE LOT of them! (Well, only the yolks!) This is traditionally made in a tin mold called "Llanera", but even ramekin bowls will still work fine.
