Imagine turning a plain chicken breast into this extra special dish.
There are many versions of this dish that exist all over the world. This one in particular is not your authentic Swiss chicken cordon bleu. I use ham, but you can always substitute for prosciutto like many others do. Chicken cordon bleu also goes well with mornay sauce, but I prefer dijon cream. Either way, this dish is a certified hit!
