Hawaiian Huli-huli chicken dishes are known for using pineapple juice/ pineapple chunks. If you love the tropics, this one is perfect for you. They're traditionally grilled/barbecued, but that's not always possible where I live. Not to worry, a simple frying pan or a skillet will do too!
